Our aim is always to offer our customers long-term solutions. This also includes enabling them to carry out belt installations themselves. This is usually not only faster, but also cheaper. We have therefore added a newly developed welding press to our range, which we present in detail on YouTube. This product innovation replaces our previous welding press system with immediate effect. In the clip, however, we not only present the device in more detail, but also go into the individual work steps involved in endless joining.

Compact design, easy handling
The welding presses are required if you want to splice plastic conveyor belts, for example made of PU or PVC, endlessly. The design of our splicing tools is based on the experience of our fitters, who are constantly confronted with all kinds of problems and are therefore guaranteed to find suitable solutions.
This new welding presses impresses with its handy size and simplicity. The control unit, air cooling and compressor are integrated to save space. Thanks to the short heating and cooling phase, the time required for belt assembly has been reduced to a minimum. The welding presses are available in widths from 600 to 2100 mm. The scope of delivery includes a mobile transport box and other necessary accessories.
