Due to the increasing demand for rod network belts with a wire diameter of 2.80 mm, our engineering department has developed and successfully implemented an additional production line in close cooperation with our production department. This has now recently gone into operation.
Rod mesh belts with a wire diameter of 2.80 mm are mainly used in the meat industry, where high basis weights and therefore high tensile forces are required. The decisive advantage of rod network belts compared to other conveyor belt types lies in their very open structure, which enables a high standard of hygiene - a key factor in the meat industry.
Even when installed, these belts are easy to clean and remove impurities. It goes without saying that our rod mesh belts also have food approval.
